At The Noe Society, we take pride in delivering high-quality pieces designed with intention. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Items marked as final sale or limited/special releases are not eligible, unless faulty.

Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@thenoesociety.com with your order details and reason for return.
Return & Exchange Options
You may choose:

A refund to your original payment method

An exchange for a different item or size

A store credit for future purchases
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not currently offer return shipping labels

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Return Process

Email us at thenoesociety@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Include your packing slip or confirmation email in the package.

For exchanges, note the new size or product requested (availability not guaranteed).

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship the new item.
Tracking is required for all returns. Orders returned without tracking may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
We do not refund:

Original or return shipping fees

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)
Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
